Scope

These rules cover bisreydplay.com, a self-funded hotel list. Its editorial team acts as controller for the sliver of personal data mentioned below; reach them at hello@bisreydplay.com.

Reading costs you no data

bisreydplay has no sign-up, no newsletter and no members' corner. Browse anonymously from first page to last; we chose to install no analytics, heatmaps or visitor counters at all.

Emails

Writing to us, whether straight from your inbox or through our draft-building form, hands us whatever that email holds: normally a name, an address and some text. That material serves one job, which is reading your note and sending a response.

Hosting logs

Like most web servers, ours may jot down routine request details: IP address, browser string, the page fetched and when. Those entries guard against abuse and outages, are purged on a short cycle, and nobody here mines them to single out a visitor.

Local storage

One small value sits in your browser to recall which button you pressed on the storage notice. See the Cookie Policy for its name and lifespan.

Hard limits

• Pages ship with no ad tags, share buttons or measurement code.
• bisreydplay builds zero visitor dossiers and runs zero automated judgements on anyone.
• Your details stay off every marketplace: no sale, no lease, no swap.

Google Fonts and hotel sites

Rubik and Inter arrive from Google's font servers, so Google sees your IP address as they download. Once you leave for a hotel's homepage, its own privacy terms take over.

Why we may hold data, and for how long

Answering correspondence is our legitimate interest and our sole legal footing. Messages stay in the inbox while a thread is open and get deleted no later than a year after the last reply.

Requests you may make

Data protection rules where you live may entitle you to see the data we hold, fix it, erase it, limit or oppose particular processing, and lodge a complaint with a regulator. Email such requests to us and expect an answer inside the legal deadline that applies to you.

Children

This site addresses adults of 18 or older. Should a message from someone younger reach us, we delete it on discovery and do not knowingly gather such data.

Revisions

A change in how we handle data means a rewritten page and a fresh effective date at the top.
