This is the mail we value most. A hotel shuts a wing, changes its name, adds a spa, loses a restaurant — tell us what changed and, ideally, where you read about it.
Suggest a hotel
Welcome — provided the hotel sits squarely inside a single kind. A hotel with a few prints in the lobby isn't an art hotel; a small room isn't automatically a capsule.
If you run a listed hotel
Point out factual mistakes in your entry and we'll check them against your published information. Wording isn't for sale or trade.
What we can't do
Reservations, rates, availability, refunds, lost property — none of these pass through us. Contact the hotel directly for anything about a booking.
When to expect a reply
Usually inside a week. Confirmed corrections go live once they've been checked.
